To help his friend to elope with the girl, he kidnaps her and he falls in love with her. But soon to his relief, he comes to know that he has kidnapped the wrong girl. His friend does not know her. This girl is Jennifer (Katrina). Prem apologizes to her and soon becomes a very good friend of hers. And everyday he falls more and more in love with her. But Jennifer loves someone else!
